1. What kind of products do you sell?
We currently offer personal care products like the SmileBright Ultra+ (SP-4 Whitening Liquid – Pack of 2). We’re constantly working on adding more self-care essentials to our lineup.
2. Do you deliver across India?
Yes! We ship all over India using trusted courier partners like DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, FedEx, and Xpressbees.
3. Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders above ₹500. For orders below ₹500, a nominal shipping charge applies (calculated at checkout).
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and other popular payment options. COD orders may require phone verification.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send a tracking link via Email and SMS. You can follow your package in real-time.
6. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes! We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure you provide an unboxing video as proof. A return handling fee of ₹199 applies.
Exchanges are only allowed for damaged or wrong items received.
